They were excellent to deal with ! I wasn't wild about the first arrangement (they send a photo of it before it goes out), so I called up and got Dan, the guy who made it and he was great. Immediately fixed it, no problem, AND he didn't act rushed or inconvenienced at all. He made it perfect for me. The whole experience with Coady Florist was the best and I WILL use them again. They do everything right. FIVE STARS !

The bouquet they sent was even more beautiful than the picture advertised on the website. I needed same day delivery and the online ordering system is very easy to use and Coady Florist even sent me a snapshot of my order before it was delivered. I highly recommend this florist
