Our photos are intended to represent the overall style, color palette, and feel of each arrangement. Because many of our designs feature unique flowers and one-of-a-kind containers, the finished arrangement may not look exactly like the photo.

Flower and container availability can vary due to seasonality, weather, and market conditions. When substitutions are necessary, we will preserve the overall style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement and use flowers and containers of equal or greater value.

If a particular flower, color, or design element is especially important to you, please include it in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Our goal is to ensure that every arrangement is fresh, beautiful, and as close as possible to the design you selected.

At Coady Florist, we are committed to providing fresh, beautiful flowers and reliable flower delivery throughout Cambridge and the Greater Boston area.

Same-day flower delivery is available for orders placed by 2:00 PM Monday through Saturday and by 12:00 PM on Sunday, local time. Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

We deliver flowers to homes, businesses, hospitals, funeral homes, and event venues. Please provide accurate recipient information, including the delivery address and phone number, to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient to arrange an alternate delivery time. During major holidays or severe weather, delivery times may be affected.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Thank you for your understanding.
