1. General Use Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.

2. Expiration and Fees Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.

3. Redemption Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.

4. Delivery Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.

6. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
