Coady’s first bouquet was not what I was expecting. It did not look nearly as good as the last one I ordered, which was beautiful. But when I gave them a call, they were so unbelievably accommodating and changed white orchids to purple ones and took out some other things. They sent an updated bloom snap as well. My gf was so happy! Coady is the best. Don’t get flowers from anywhere else in Boston!
