The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The service was prompt, considerate and warm. The shop accommodated my request to change shipping methods close to delivery and I really appreciate the help.

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for delivery on Valentine's Day. After it was delivered, my wife noticed that 2 of the roses had broken stems. She put the 2 flowers in a bud vase and we didn't think anymore about it. An hour later, the delivery person came back with 2 fresh long stem roses. I was very impressed that they replaced the broken flowers even though we did not request it, especially on a day as busy as Valentine's Day.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
